Refund Policy

The questions people ask about refunds, answered straight.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

If a book doesn't suit you, that's quite all right. Here's exactly how to get your money back, question by question.

The short of it

If a book isn't for me, can I have my money back?

Yes. Ask within 15 days of buying and you'll get every penny back, no questions asked.

Every purchase carries its own 15 days.

How do I ask for it?

Whichever suits you best. Use the refund link in Hotmart's purchase email, or sign in at consumer.hotmart.com and open the purchase.

Or write to [email protected] with the email address you used to buy.

How soon will I see the money?

It goes back to the same card or PayPal account. Usually your bank shows it within 5–10 business days.

What if I cancel during the 7 free days?

Then you pay nothing. No charge is made if you cancel within the 7 days.

Is the membership covered by the guarantee as well?

Its first payment is, yes. The 15-day money-back guarantee applies to that first charge.

How do I leave the membership?

Whenever you like, at consumer.hotmart.com. Open your membership, go into payment settings and pick cancel subscription. Or write to me, and I'll help you through it.

Your letters carry on until the end of the month you've paid for. There are no more charges after that.

Doesn't unsubscribing cancel it?

No, and it's an easy mix-up. Unsubscribing stops the emails but not the payment. Cancelling at consumer.hotmart.com is what stops the payments.

What if I forgot to cancel, or a charge looks wrong?

Write to me within 15 days of that charge and I'll look into it.

I can't promise an automatic refund for later payments.

What if it's been more than 15 days?

By then the guarantee window has closed. Even so, if something's wrong, do write and tell me.

Who do I write to?

[email protected]. Do include the email you bought with.
